In the February e-News which you should have recently received we said that “All members who returned their renewal forms before 31 January should now have received their new membership cards.”
What we forgot to say was that this only applies to members who have paid for their renewals by BACS, cheque or credit/debit card. If you paid by direct debit and have seen the money go out of your bank account but have not yet had your membership card or receipt then please do not worry, they are on their way to you. If you normally pay by direct debit and haven’t seen any money go out of your account then please contact us urgently as there is presumably a problem with your payment.
